We require credit card information to book in, and/or deposit to be placed in order to secure an appointment.  Deposits are required for permanent makeup and tattoos and are non-refundable but come off the price of your service. We require 72 hours notice prior to any cancellations or rescheduling, any cancellations / reschedules made within 72 hours will result in loss of deposit / charge of cancellation fee.  Any appointments that are no-call / no-show will result in forfeiture of deposit / cancellation fee or be subject to 100% of service cost, as well as requiring 50% of service fee to be paid upfront prior to rebooking.
